i wrote this for you, when you don’t know what to say. please remember this, remember me, remember and say you’ll make a conscious decision today to love yourself. say you’ll tell yourself daily that you are beautiful, even if some people think otherwise. say you’ll tell yourself through your tears, that you’re worth more than the pain. say you’ll say no to letting the cruel world win, and yes to the beauty of positivity. say you’ll let yourself live, and feel alive. say you’ll tell yourself that the world can’t bring you down, because you’re bigger, better and stronger than that. say you’ll embrace chances, dreams and opportunities. say you wont let your insecurities from the past hold you back from living the life you were born to live. say that when you do get down- you’ll be strong enough to lean on me. say that when you need a pick-me-up, you wont sit alone and dwell in the hurt, but you’ll find someone who is good for you, and let them love you. say that when all else fails, and you feel like no one cares, when you can’t find a shoulder, you can’t see hope and you can’t understand why life is the way it is. when you can’t remember all the things i’ve told you to say and believe. that you’ll at least remember, above all else… that i love you. - with love, from Jacinta.
